Potomac Library is Loud, small, and congested

I came here to study for my MCAT and firstly there weren't enough tables for everybody. Secondly, there was no quiet area. Everything was open. Kids were screaming, people were freely chatting, I couldn't concentrate for the life of me. This library needs an upgrade!

Rude people in this library

I agree. Cell phones conversations were going on in the computer room. People who don't know how to act in a library were everywhere. I complained to a librarian that cell phones were ringing in the computer room and people were engaging in normal voice (not whispering) phone conversations. The librarian stated there is a sign on the front door asking you to turn off your cell phone. For reasons of political correctness, she didn't want to tackle the belligerent offenders. Most people are not warriors. It's just another example of the degeneration of manners in our society.
