Where can I obtain an "Oval Sticker"?

I've been in zip code 22192 for 3 years now. I asked for an "oval place sticker" or something from Prince William county to display my origin on my vehicle. I received only a "brochure" from the Tourism office.

Where can I obtain an "oval sticker" with PW County on it, or Woodbridge?

OK, and hey thanks for the reply. No, the "locale" stickers like OBX among others. So what is the "official" Prince William county tourism site?
