Building for the Homeless
by: Anonymous

I think it would help solve our (PWC's) homeless problem if owners of large buildings would reserve a section of the building to house the homeless people they displace. Many housing developments, shopping malls, and, even, churches displace people when they clear ground (woods, primarily) to erect buildings. The County could encourage or require these developments to reserve space for living quarters for the homeless.
